Job description

Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Psycholofy or Human Resource Management).

At least 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.

Familiar with psychological testing tools or having knowledge about assessment center.

Proficient in interview using BEI method.

Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Ability to negotiate and communicate assertuvely.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Soft skills : Detail oriented, Decision making skills. proactive and adaptable.

Can join immediately (less than 1 month).

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill all open positions (from entry-level to managerial positions).

Screen resume and assess candidates according qualifications.

Manage and maintain job portals such as Jobstreet, Kita Lulus, Glints and LinkedIn.

Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interview with candidates.

Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.

Build employer branding and positive relationship with employees.

Support other HR tasks as needed.
