Recruitment Associate

Responsibilities
  • Analyze manpower needs based on requests from each department.
  • Create and publish job vacancy advertisements through various media (job portals, social media, universities, etc.).
  • Conduct CV screening and initial candidate selection.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview and testing processes for candidates.
  • Coordinate with users regarding interview schedules and candidate results.
  • Handle recruitment administration processes, such as interview invitations, offering letters, employment agreements and onboarding.
  • Organize orientation and company introduction sessions for new employees.
  • Manage and update employment agreements.
  • Coordinate with department heads for KPI evaluations.
  • Design and develop effective employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and career development programs.
  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment activity reports to the HR Manager.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment methods and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficient in interview techniques and candidate selection methods (psychological tests, behavioral interviews, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment applications.
  • Strong analytical ability and objective candidate assessment skills.
  • Able to work with targets and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and strong in administrative management.
  • Disciplined, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality of candidate data and company policies.
