Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates.
  • Manage job portals like Jobstreet, Glints, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
  • Input new employee data into HRIS.
  • Build employer branding and positive employee relationships.
  • Support other HR tasks as needed.

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
  • Familiar with psychological testing tools or knowledge about assessment centers.
  • Proficient in interview using BEI method.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate assertively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft skills: detail oriented, decision‑making, proactive and adaptable.
  • Can join immediately (less than 1 month).
Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and assess candidates against qualifications.
  • Manage and maintain job portals such as Jobstreet, Glints, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
  • Input new employee data into HRIS.
  • Build employer branding and positive relationships with employees.
  • Support other HR tasks as needed.
  • Will be based and work in West Jakarta.
