Job summary

SabiKerja, a Jakarta-based headhunter agency, supports a growing Indonesian nickel mining company in strengthening HR operations. The role covers recruitment for Head Office and mining positions, plus employee relations, organizational development, and HR administration across locations.

The successful candidate will engage with Head Office and field teams, drive engagement, and respond promptly to HR-related matters while taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
• Understanding of organizational development and employee relations.
• High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile, proactive, hands-on, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently and interacting with employees across different functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for Head Office and mining positions, including field mechanics, surveyors, and finance/accounting roles.
• Support organizational development and employee engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with Head Office and field employees.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, including BPJS, leave, and employee termination processes.
• Respond to employee needs and HR-related matters in a timely and practical manner.
• Take initiative and support additional HR tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
