- Manage the employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate personal data.
- Oversee health insurance administration, including registration and claim resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of attendance and overtime data input.
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of standard employee letters.
- Manage expatriate permit processes and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR operational reports to track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize HR operational services while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes (e.g., probation, promotion, rotation) and maintain accurate personal data in both digital and physical formats.
- Oversee health insurance administration (BPJS and private), including registration, data validation, and claim resolution, through active coordination with internal teams and external parties.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of attendance and overtime data input, and conduct review and reporting for all employees.
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of standard employee letters (employment contracts, reference letters, etc.), both digitally and manually, in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
- Manage expatriate permit processes and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR operational reports to track performance metrics and support decision-making.
