About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Operations professional to join our dynamic team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, a leading F&B company in Jakarta. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting job listings to onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and leave management
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture
  • Support the HR Manager in workforce planning, performance management, and other strategic HR initiatives
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
