A leading outsourcing company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HR Operation Assistant Manager to provide operational support within the oil and gas sector. The role encompasses managing HR administration, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of HR experience in outsourcing, and proficiency in HR information systems. Competitive salary package offered.
Responsible for delivering efficient HR operational support to employees and management within Offshore Project outsourcing business unit. This includes managing end-to-end HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and client requirements.
1. HR Administration
Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, contract management, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR information systems.
Prepare employment letters, confirmations, and related HR documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance and client representatives.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of allowances, and deductions.
Administer employee benefits.
3. Employee Relations & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Foster employee engagement through HR communication and well-being programs.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and client contractual obligations.
Support audits and provide HR-related reports and metrics to management and clients.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations activities.
5. Client & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with client HR/operations teams to align HR support with project requirements.
Support mobilization/demobilization of manpower for Offshore project sites.
Participate in client reviews and provide HR performance updates.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an outsourcing or oil & gas / Offshore industry environment.
Familiar with manpower supply operations and client-based HR management.
Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HR compliance standards.
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
