Job summary

A dynamic lifestyle brand in Bali is seeking an HR & GA professional to manage various activities including recruitment, payroll, and employee administration. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, managing expatriate matters, and coordinating relationships with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or Management and possesses 2–5 years of experience in HR & GA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are essential.

  • Familiar with Indonesian Manpower Law and related regulations.

Job description

Manage HR & GA activities including recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and employee administration.

Responsible for general administration and preparation of administrative documents, including payroll support.

Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee data.

Manage all employee activities related to Human Resource and General Affair.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and company regulations.

Handle expatriate matters including KITAS, work permit (RPTKA/IMTA), and related immigration documents.

Coordinate with immigration, manpower office, and third parties regarding expatriate administration.

Manage and control all company assets and facilities.

Responsible for purchasing activities (PR and PO process) and maintain vendor database.

Manage and prepare additional office-related documents (licenses, permits, agreements, correspondence).

Coordinate and establish relationships with internal and external parties.

Accurate, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in HR & GA (adjustable based on position level).
  • Familiar with Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan and related regulations).
  • Experienced in payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21 is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and work well in a team including with upper management.
