Job description

PT Karang Mas Sejahtera, a unit of the MidPlaza holding company founded in the 1980s, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Officer to support our HR department in various functions. The HR Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel administration in the Human Resource Department complies with the company’s regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks for attendance, employee leave, tardiness, and other items through the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of attendance before payroll processing.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of contract extensions, ensuring all employee contract renewals comply with company regulations and are timely.
  • Perform employee data reconciliation, ensuring all employee data is complete according to standard procedures.
  • Administer office car loan requests, ensuring compliance with applicable company regulations.
  • Assist Employee Relations in relation to Employee Activities.
  • Conduct reconciliation of HR PR and PO administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare monthly human resource administration reports.
  • Carry out Human Resource projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Graduated with a S1 in Accounting, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to communicate in English.
