Job description

Conduct organizational and people development assessments, including structural reviews, job capacity evaluations, and competency mapping.

Create and routinely update Job Descriptions and Job Analysis documents to ensure they reflect current business needs.

Develop KPIs for all roles in collaboration with department leaders.

Track and assess KPI results, provide analytical insights, and propose improvement actions to management.

Build and manage employee development plans and succession pipelines based on performance and potential assessments.

Work closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to create competency development programs aligned with performance goals.

Analyze HR data (people analytics) to support strategic decisions regarding organizational structure, performance, and talent readiness.

Ensure talent mapping is consistently updated to secure business continuity and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Compile regular reports and recommendations on OD and talent management effectiveness for Management Review.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Management.
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Talent Management, ideally in the retail or mobile phone industry.
  • Solid understanding of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and KPI development (Balanced Scorecard experience is an advantage).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to deliver insightful, data‑driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
