A leading recruitment firm in Indonesia is seeking a skilled professional for organizational and people development assessments. This role involves creating job descriptions, developing KPIs, and analyzing HR data to support strategic decisions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Mandarin. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
Conduct organizational and people development assessments, including structural reviews, job capacity evaluations, and competency mapping.
Create and routinely update Job Descriptions and Job Analysis documents to ensure they reflect current business needs.
Develop KPIs for all roles in collaboration with department leaders.
Track and assess KPI results, provide analytical insights, and propose improvement actions to management.
Build and manage employee development plans and succession pipelines based on performance and potential assessments.
Work closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to create competency development programs aligned with performance goals.
Analyze HR data (people analytics) to support strategic decisions regarding organizational structure, performance, and talent readiness.
Ensure talent mapping is consistently updated to secure business continuity and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Compile regular reports and recommendations on OD and talent management effectiveness for Management Review.
