Job summary

A human resources agency in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and employee relations. Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.
  • Handle payroll calculation, including employee tax (PPh 21).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
  • Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and training needs.
  • Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
