Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent across multiple business verticals.
  • Performance & Development: Design and oversee performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to build a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with labor laws, regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership to support business growth in mining, property, and F&B operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in diverse industries or holding groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategically align HR initiatives with multi-sector business needs.
