Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading company with a core focus on Medical Devices. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resources professional with at least 8 years' experience with a Medical or Pharmaceutical industry for the job of HRBP. The job is based in West Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Directly reports to President Director
  • Develop and lead a local HR strategy and programs aligned with the company's overall strategy and business goals for the country.
  • Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, including overseeing performance reviews, leadership planning, and employee skill enhancement, all tailored to current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with local management, leadership, and business leaders to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with global/BU HR teams.
  • Create and implement functional policies and frameworks that comply with local regulations and business needs, ensuring their effective execution and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and provide clear guidance to management, leadership, and employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, government agencies, and vendors.
  • Lead HR and GA audit processes, including scope definition, preparation, execution, reporting, and closure of observations, working with both internal and external stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Management or in any related field
  • Have minimum 8 years HR experience, 5 years in business partnering role
  • Experience in HR Operations - End to end employee life cycle management with strong service orientation and business judgment
  • Held people management positions
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • A team player who is independent, self-confident, flexible and has a self-motivated personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment
