Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to meet production and seasonal manpower needs.

Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain harmonious industrial relations with unions and employees.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.

Lead performance management, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Partner with line managers to identify talent gaps and succession plans for key positions.

Monitor attendance, overtime, and compensation structures in coordination with the Finance and Operations teams.

Implement HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision-making.

Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

Supervise HR team members and ensure accurate HR documentation, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
