Job summary

A fast-growing company in the heavy equipment industry seeks an experienced HR manager. You will oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage expatriate affairs, and act as a liaison with Mandarin-speaking management. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Experience in heavy equipment / manufacturing / construction industry is an advantage.

Overview

Our company, a fast-growing player in the heavy equipment industry, is looking for an HR manager who is proficient in Mandarin to support our expanding operations and ensure smooth HR and general affairs functions across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and company policies.
  • Handle expatriate management: visa, KITAS, and related government permits.
  • Manage General Affairs functions (office administration, facility management, company assets, transportation, etc.).
  • Act as a communication bridge between local employees and Mandarin‑speaking management.
  • Provide HR reports and analysis to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA or similar roles.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in heavy equipment / manufacturing / construction industry is an advantage.
