A prominent heavy equipment company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop recruitment strategies, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Candidates should have 5-10 years of HR experience and fluency in Mandarin or English. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to shape employee relations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
Provide guidance on employee engagement and performance-related issues.
Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Manage payroll systems and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits packages.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Conduct audits of HR practices and policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
