About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at PT. Leo Pump Indonesia. As HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving the company's people agenda and supporting the overall business objectives. This is a full‑time position based in Tangerang, Banten.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's growth and operational needs
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning requirements and provide HR solutions
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide data‑driven recommendations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and people management skills
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• CHRP or MIHRM certification is preferred
• Can speak Mandarin or English
