A leading recruitment agency in Indonesia is looking for a strategic HR Manager to oversee recruitment strategies and enhance organizational performance. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years HR experience, with a focus on leadership and communication skills. The role involves developing job descriptions, managing payroll processes, and driving change initiatives. This is a vital position for fostering a positive organizational culture and requires strong problem-solving abilities.
Design and implement mass recruitment strategies and competency-based selection processes.
Ensure payroll and BPJS processes are accurate and completed on time.
Handle industrial relations matters.
Develop organizational structures, prepare job descriptions, job grading, and career paths.
Oversee and enhance the organizational structure as well as performance-based compensation frameworks.
Create and implement KPIs for all divisions to ensure integrated, objective, and measurable performance evaluation.
Build effective cross-department relationships and serve as a strategic HR partner to management in key decision-making processes.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure company values and culture are embedded at every organizational level.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience within Manufacturing/Wholesale trading is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
Proven ability to work effectively with operational leaders and manage cross-functional HR initiatives.
Solid understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and preferably industrial relations.
Demonstrated capability in designing organizational structures and driving strategic employee development.
