A logistics company in Indonesia seeks an HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial position, and strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Lead HR operations including payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Able to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling employee issues and data-driven decisions.
