Position Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the digital advertising agency. This role oversees all HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development to ensure a creative, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for creative, digital marketing, and operational roles.
- Design and implement onboarding programs that reflect the agency’s culture and values.
- Manage employee performance reviews, training, and development programs.
- Oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team leaders on HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan manpower needs and organizational growth.
- Manage HR budgets, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in a digital agency, creative industry, or fast‑paced environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment for digital and creative roles (e.g., designers, copywriters, account managers).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative thinker with problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
