A leading retail and distributor company seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions including recruitment, KPI management, and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's being a plus. You will report directly to the CEO and play a vital role in enhancing employee motivation and performance.

  • Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements.
  • Manage the full Recruitment and Hiring Process.
  • Identify challenging positions to fill using available data.
  • Implement performance reviews and motivational strategies.
  • Process employee claims involving performance issues.

Responsibilities
  • Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement result including Reward & carrier Management, Job Rotation, Promotion and Mutation
  • Manage the full Recruitment and Hiring Process
  • Identify challenging positions to fill by using the data available and setting metrics to measure success, and to create a data-driven decision within the HR function (HC, Costing, Turnover)
  • Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
  • Motivated employees through special events and incentive programs.
  • Processed employee claims involving performance issues and harassment.
  • Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
  • Manage Legal and Compliance Practices
  • All other HR GA & LEGAL matters as and when required
  • Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CEO
