A leading retail and distributor company seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions including recruitment, KPI management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with people. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's being a plus. You will report directly to the CEO and play a vital role in enhancing employee motivation and performance.
Min 5 years of experience and strong background in Human Resources (HR)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
Strong understanding of local laws and regulations and proven experience in managing HR team
Experience in Retail & Distributor Company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good decision-making and organizational skills
Passion for working with people
Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.
Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills
