Job Description

Build & Grow the Dream Team

  • Lead the setup of our Indonesian team (target: 20 people) from operations and marketing to live streaming stars.
  • Develop localized recruitment channels (Jobstreet, Kalibrr, campus programs, referrals).
  • Design an onboarding experience that makes every new joiner feel valued and stay!

Bring Global Strategy to Life Locally

  • Localize HQ HR policies to fit Indonesian law and culture from KPI systems to benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (13th salary, religious holidays, BPJS, etc.).
  • Run quarterly culture & values workshops that connect HQ values with local passion.

Be the Guardian of People & Compliance

  • Manage contracts, payroll, and HR systems with precision (0.5% payroll error rate!).
  • Handle employee relations professionally aiming for zero disputes or arbitration cases.
  • Build our first Indonesia Employee Handbook with sensitivity to local customs and faiths.

Shape a Meaningful Employee Experience

  • Launch engaging welfare programs (Eid gifts, flexible prayer times, etc.).
  • Lead annual compliance training ensuring a safe, inclusive, and ethical workplace.
  • Partner with HQ to align data, systems, and culture across borders.
What Were Looking For
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years leading recruitment or team-building (30+ hires).
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English ; Mandarin is a plus.
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP) and solid knowledge of the Indonesian Manpower Act.
  • Experience in Chinese-funded or fast-growing tech orbeauty companies preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS and data reporting (attrition, recruitment cost analysis, etc.).
