Job summary

A manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, handle industrial relations matters, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR in manufacture industry.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee HR operations including recruitment and performance management.
  • Handle industrial relations matters including employee grievances and labor union communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR strategy implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and retention.

Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
