A manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, handle industrial relations matters, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR in Manufacture industry
Strong knowledge in Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, & general HR practices
Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High level of responsibility, leadership, and problem‑solving capability
