Job summary

A growing Retail & F&B company in Indonesia is looking for an HR professional to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including job posting, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews
  • Initiate recruitment method
  • Monitor the vacant position due to resignation and report to Management
  • Prepare manpower mapping on a regular basis according to the business plan effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare and update the recruitment report complete with the lead time of each position and report to Management
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees including New Employee Orientation Program, Job Training, New Employee introduction, Department training, etc
  • Arrange training and activities related to the development of employee's abilities in accordance with company standards
  • Company training program
  • Managing HR-related administration
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Recruitment, Training & Development areas, HR Generalist / HR Officer
  • Have a good personality, analytical skill, communication skill, attractive and proactive
  • Good planning and organizing skills

  • Works well and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
