Job summary

A growing retail and food & beverage company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR Manager to coordinate hiring processes, manage employee training and development, and handle HR-related administration. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in an energetic environment focused on the F&B industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, or HR roles.
  • Strong drive to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good personality and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all stages of the hiring process.
  • Monitor vacant positions and report to Management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.

Job description

Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including job posting, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews

Initiate recruitment method

Monitor the vacant position due to resignation and report to Management

Preparing manpower mapping on regular basis according to the business plan effectively and efficiently

Prepare and update the recruitment report complete with the lead time of each positions and report to Management

Training & Development

Coordinate onboarding for new employees including New Employee Orientation Program, Job Training, New Employee introduction, Department training, etc

Arrange training and activities related to the development of employee's abilities in accordance with company standards

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Recruitment, Training & Development areas, HR Generalist / HR Officer
  • Have a good personality, analytical skill, communication skill, attractive and proactive
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Has attention to details
  • Works well and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
