• Translate documents & meetings with Japanese BOD related to HR Division.
• Communicate with HQ or overseas offices in Asia on HR projects.
• Support visa/ITAS applications with HR-related documents.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Translate documents & meetings with Japanese BOD / expats related to HR Division (40%)
• Translate documents & meetings with Japanese BOD / expats related to gear business unit (30%)
• Communicate with HQ or overseas offices in Asia related to HR projects and initiatives (20%)
• Support documents needed for visa/ITAS application (HR related documents only; application supported by other Division) and support Diklat TKI Pendamping (5%)
• Help coordinate related parties based on BOD requests & translate in meetings with BOD outside of HR scope (non routine) (5%)

Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese personnel
