Job summary

Recruitment
  1. Coordinate with the HR Team to fulfill recruitment needs.
  2. Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process.
Payroll
  1. Manage employee administration such as employment contracts, employee data, and correspondence.
  2. Assist with the payroll process by verifying attendance, overtime, and employee compensation.
  3. Maintain an accurate employee database, both in physical and digital form, and ensure that it is in line with the required data.
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's degree in Psikologi for Recruitment (Mandatory) & Any Major for Payroll.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within the construction industry, EPC, Mining.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in payroll systems, both manual and HRIS.
  • Possesses precision and data analysis skills to support quick decision-making.
  • Possesses strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Willing to travel for work.
