About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Aveon Hotel Jogja in Sleman DI Yogyakarta. As a contract position, this role will play a part in supporting the overall HR management and operations of our hotel.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating employee benefits administration, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR‑related matters.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
