About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Aveon Hotel Jogja in Sleman DI Yogyakarta. As a contract position, this role will play a part in supporting the overall HR management and operations of our hotel.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinating employee benefits administration, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.
- Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR‑related matters.
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
