Job summary

A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with various HR matters, including employee development and performance management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and a certification from BNSP is preferred. This role is based in Karawang (KIIC Area).

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Hold Bachelor Degree (preferably in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management)
• 2+ years experience as HR Generalist / Recruitment / PD / OD
• Preferably have BNSP's HR Professional Certification
• Familiar to use Psychological Test Tools
• Familiar with Quality Management System
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Willing to be stationed in Karawang (KIIC Area)
