A leading Indonesian company is seeking a skilled Human Resources and General Affairs Supervisor to oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with Labor laws, and manage office administration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS systems are required.
Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance management
Ensure compliance with Labor laws and company policies
Maintaining man power management and employee role planning.
Maintain and update HR records and documentation
Oversee general office administration, facilities, and asset management
Coordinate company events, business travel, and office maintenance
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA or similar supervisory role
Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with employee at all levels.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a plus.
