Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Managing HR policies, procedures and compliance to ensure the organisation operates in line with relevant regulations
  • Coordinating employee benefits, training and development programmes
  • Handling employee relations and resolving any HR-related issues or concerns
  • Overseeing the general affairs function, including facilities management, procurement and office administration
  • Providing HR and GA support and guidance to department managers and other stakeholders
  • Analysing HR and GA data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Participating in strategic HR and business planning initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology/Law or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
