Plan, manage, and monitor Human Resource Management activities including HRGA Services, Industrial Relations, General Affairs, Organizational Development, and People Development.

Manage Industrial Relations and General Affairs activities within the plant scope to ensure a safe and conducive work environment.

Oversee HR Services activities (compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration) to establish an effective reward system and personnel management within the company.

Manage recruitment, Organizational Development, and People Development activities within the business unit to ensure the creation of a lean and efficient organization.

Job Qualifications:
