Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Manage HR policies and procedures, providing updates as necessary.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law school, Japanese Language, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Indonesian, English, and Japanese. Minimum Japanese Language proficiency test (JLPT) level 2
  • 10 years of experience in human resources or a related role
  • Depth understanding in Indonesia Labor Law and its implementation
  • Excellence Negotiation and communication Skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiar with Indonesian law, especially corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
