An industrial company in Jababeka Industrial Estate is seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to build HR systems and manage recruitment, payroll, and expatriate permits. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in the HR field, with strong compliance knowledge. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, with English and Korean as added advantages.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs.
  • Experienced in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Manpower Office & Immigration process for expatriates.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English preferred, Korean is a plus.

Exciting opportunity to lead as HR & GA Manager for an industrial company located in Jababeka Industrial Estate! Build and develop HR systems, manage recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and support expatriate permits from the ground up.

Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs field.
  • Experienced in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, industrial relations, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Manpower Office & Immigration process for expatriates.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, able to communicate in English (Korean is a plus).
  • Experience in a foreign manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Establish HR & GA system from zero (recruitment, attendance, policy, internal regulation).
  • Handle manpower licensing, BPJS, and government communication.
  • Support expatriate work permit, visa (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS).
  • Manage company vehicles, office assets, and facility administration.

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent after probation)

Start Date: December 2025 – January 2026 (Setup Phase)
