About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT SyAqua Indonesia as an HR Executive. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resources operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Reporting to the Country HR Manager, this full-time position is based in Lhoong, Aceh Besar.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, drafting offer letters, and managing the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Administer HR-related policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless HR service delivery
What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Assistant role
  • Willing to be placed in Lhoong, Aceh Besar, Hatchery Site, Working from Office
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR-related software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll management tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
