As the HR Director at PT. Impian Property Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's human resources strategy and initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development. Based in our West Denpasar Bali office, this is a full‑time position that will play a crucial part in supporting the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  • Lead the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and identifying training and development needs
  • Implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's people‑focused initiatives
  • Provide HR‑related advice and guidance to managers and employees as needed
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other HR‑related services
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the property management or real estate industry
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws, labour regulations, and best practices in human resources
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision‑making
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
