Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

We are representing a leading tech-enabled automotive distributor company within a global trading group in a confidential search for an experienced Human Resource & Corporate Affairs Manager. This strategic leadership role combines human capital management with corporate governance responsibilities and reports directly to C-level.

About the role

You will drive HR strategy and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands on— able to advise senior management on people and organizational matters while managing day-to-day HR and corporate affairs operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the full 360° HR process.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to management to support decision‑making and business growth.
  • Lead hands‑on recruitment, talent development, and OD effectively.
  • Manage employee relations, manpower planning and performance management, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and corporate governance standards.
  • Plan and organize General Shareholders Meetings (GSM) and related corporate events in accordance with legal requirements; maintain statutory corporate documents and ensure timely regulatory filings.
  • Plan and manage HR and corporate affairs budgets effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR generalist in multinational company. Preferably from similar industry such as distribution, e-commerce, or FMCG.
  • At least 3 years in an HR managerial role with exposure to corporate affairs and legal compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must (both verbal and written)
