A leading energy firm in Indonesia is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage recruitment, new hires, and employee records. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in HR coordination and experience in the drilling industry. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential. Willingness to work under pressure and out of town is required. This role involves a fast-paced environment with a focus on people management.
You will be responsible forrecruiting, building and maintaining labor pools, interviewing, having a strong communication ability, processing new hires and terminations, crew management,maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support to all employees. claims, and other HR duties as assigned; A firm understanding of regulatory laws that govern HR is a must. The right candidate must also be willing to take calls on weekdays and weekends as scheduled and work in a high-volume, fast-paced, result-driven environment.
