Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Industrial Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our company remains compliant with labor regulations while supporting a positive and structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Handle matters related to HR compliance and industrial relations, including employee discipline, grievances, employee
  • records, and mandatory reports.
  • Maintain and manage Employment Agreements and Company Policies, including communication and follow-up.
  • Support manpower dispute resolution processes.
  • Conduct internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
  • Represent the company in meetings with government agencies and regulators.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law).
  • 1–2 years of experience in Legal, Industrial Relations, or Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and manpower regulations (experience in the financial industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
