A leading banking institution in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HR Data Coordinator to manage HR data within the HRIS system and develop analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking. Qualifications

As a member of the HR Division, this role is responsible for coordinating, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance the overall effectiveness of HR functions.

Job Description
  1. Responsible for managing HR data within the HRIS system.
  2. Develop HR analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.
  3. Present and interpret HR data to support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Manage and maintain the HRIS database to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Oversee system administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS database.
  6. Manage employee data in HRIS, including new hires, resignations, promotions, and other employee changes.
  7. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data stored in HRIS.
  8. Provide HR data and reports as required for audit purposes and other official reviews.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Administration or related field).
  2. 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under time constraints.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
