A manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an HR professional responsible for building a compliant HR infrastructure during the start-up phase. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and fluent communication skills in Chinese or English. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training development. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape HR practices in a dynamic environment.
As a core HR position during the start‑up phase of the Indonesia factory, this role is fully responsible for all HR functions. You will build a compliant HR infrastructure aligned with local regulations and support the team’s growth from 0 to 1 and its continued stable development.

Perform other tasks assigned by the management or line manager.
Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of full‑spectrum HR experience; experience in manufacturing or start‑up environments is preferred. Familiar with the Indonesian recruitment market and employment procedures.
Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese or English (either can be used as a working language; interviews will be conducted in Chinese or English).
