Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Staffing

    • Develop the factory recruitment plan, expand and maintain local recruitment channels (e.g., JobStreet, local talent markets, referrals), and execute hiring for production, administrative, technical, and other positions.
    • Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, interview evaluation, offer communication, and onboarding procedures, ensuring timely placement of key positions.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, optimise recruitment processes, and enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  2. Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, job transfers, and off‑boarding; organise new employee orientation and monitor probation assessment progress.
    • Establish and maintain compliant employee records (both electronic and physical) in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law).
    • Be familiar with Indonesian Labor Law and related regulations to ensure compliance in employment contracts (fixed‑term and permanent), BPJS registration, and other labour processes.
    • Handle employee communication and grievances, prevent potential labour disputes, and organise team‑building activities to foster a positive company culture.
  3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance

    • Support the development of compensation and benefits systems based on local Indonesian salary benchmarks and company standards; execute payroll calculations and social security administration.
    • Build foundational performance appraisal mechanisms, organise monthly/quarterly performance reviews, collect feedback, and follow up on improvement actions.
    • Oversee attendance management, compile attendance data, and process leave and overtime matters in compliance with local regulations (including overtime pay and meal arrangements when required).
  4. Training & Development

    • Assess employee training needs, develop annual/quarterly training plans, and organise onboarding training, skills training and compliance training (e.g., safety, labour regulations).
    • Coordinate with external training providers, track training effectiveness, and maintain training records to support employee development.
  5. Administration & Reporting Support

    • Develop HR and administrative policies for the factory (attendance, leave, code of conduct, etc.) and ensure effective implementation.
    • Collect and analyse HR metrics such as workforce structure, turnover rate, and hiring cycle, and prepare HR reports to support management decision‑making.
    • Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors to support daily factory operations.
  6. Perform other tasks assigned by the management or line manager.
