Job summary

A leading HR company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of leadership experience, a strong knowledge of local labor law, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin and English. Qualifications

  • Background in startup company or multi-task environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Propose and draft HR & Admin guidelines.
  • Provide training to team members and oversee operations.
  • Handle life-cycle staff affairs including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage payroll and compensation issues.
  • Lead recruitment and achieve team targets.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Propose, draft and formulate HR & Admin guidelines, policies based on the business models and requirements
  • Closely work with the headquarters and provide local operational info accurately, efficiently and on-time.
  • Provide guidance and on-job training to the team members and ensure the well operation of the local HR & Admin teams in line with the Headquarters’requirement.
  • Can independently handlesimple or complicated life-cycle staff affairs, including on-board, orientations, probation appraisals, performance review and off board, etc..
  • Can independently handlepayroll, BPJS, and relevant compensation and benefit issues.
  • Can independently handleemployment relationship issues.
  • Can independently provide end-to end recruitment and lead the team to achieve the target.
  • Ensure the well run of office, incl officefacilities,suppliers, procurement, travel arrangements, etc
  • Adhoc tasks assigned by the managers.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years leadership experience in HR & Admin, preferred working for the organization of more than 200 staff.
  • Strong knowledge of locallabor law and HR best practices.
  • Background in startup company or multi-task environment will be preferred
  • Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and self-driven
  • Mandarin and English workable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
