Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection.

Must hold at least one professional certification in the HR field, preferably issued by BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency), such as:

• Certified Recruitment & Selection Officer (CRSO)
• Performance Management Certification

Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Job Creation Law and its derivative regulations).

Proficient in operating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct CV screening, interviews, and job offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies from various channels.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports and data analysis.
