Job summary

PT Aliansi Maju Sejahtera seeks a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort within a healthcare facility, ensuring a hygienic environment for patients and staff.

You will follow SOPs, operate cleaning equipment safely, and report needs to supervisors. Minimum SMA/SMK education and 1 year of experience are preferred, with the ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as Housekeeper, Cleaning Service, or similar position.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
• Understand basics of cleanliness, sanitation, and cleaning equipment use.
• Able to work with discipline, attention to detail, efficiency, and responsibility.
• Able to follow SOP and work instructions applicable in healthcare facilities.
• Good physical condition and able to perform active cleaning work.
• Able to work individually and in teams.
• Friendly, polite attitude and able to maintain confidentiality and ethics in healthcare facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and comfort of all healthcare facility areas according to established standards
• Clean service areas, waiting rooms, administrative rooms, corridors, toilets, workspaces, and other assigned areas
• Clean and maintain floors, walls, glass, furniture, sanitation facilities, and other equipment
• Implement cleaning and sanitisation processes according to healthcare facility cleaning SOP
• Use cleaning equipment and materials correctly, safely, and according to procedures
• Maintain availability and cleanliness of sanitation supplies such as soap, tissue, cleaning solutions, and other hygiene needs
• Ensure cleaned areas remain clean, neat, and comfortable for patients, visitors, doctors, nurses, and employees
• Handle area cleaning according to required standards and healthcare facility hygiene levels
• Report facility damage, unsafe conditions, and cleaning supply needs to supervisors
• Comply with all regulations regarding occupational health and safety, cleanliness, sanitation, workplace safety, and healthcare facility rules

About you
