Join our team as a Host Support and be the voice of our overseas clients!

You’ll do more than answer questions — your mission is to help clients succeed with their vacation rental listings, resolve issues with care, and make every interaction a positive experience. You’ll also work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic, global environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Responding to emails and live chats from overseas clients.
  • Assist clients with their questions & requests on the vacation rental listings product and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Support Account Managers in delivering great client experiences.
  • Partner with colleagues and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent English skills– strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error-free responses, and a neutral accent.
  • Experience preferred– 1+ year background in customer service, call center, help desk support, e-commerce, hospitality, or tourism (international client exposure is a plus).
  • Bonus skills– knowledge of SQL & SOAP/RESTAPIs.
  • Problem solver– able to analyze issues, make quick decisions, and provide clear solutions.
  • Tech‑savvy– quick to learn new software.
  • Client‑focused– able to actively listen, gather information, and understand client needs.
