Job summary

Unilever in Indonesia seeks an Assistant Innovation Planning Manager for the Hair Care portfolio to lead end-to-end innovation and transition planning. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to ensure launch readiness and supply feasibility, delivering projects on time in full.

The role requires strong PMO expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Hair Care innovation, relaunch, and transformation projects from initiation to launch.
• Own project timelines, critical paths, and cross-functional milestone governance to ensure OTIF execution.
• Drive volume projection planning and alignment with Marketing, CSP, and Demand Planning teams.
• Ensure launch readiness across artwork, master data, materials, capacity, production, and deployment.
• Lead transition management activities to minimize service disruptions, excess inventory, and business waste.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve project risks impacting launch timing, supply readiness, or value delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive corrective actions where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, improve governance, and accelerate innovation delivery.

Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end innovation and transition planning for the Hair Care portfolio, ensuring all innovation, relaunch, inhousing, and portfolio transformation projects are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while minimizing business waste and service disruption.

The role acts as the Supply Chain PMO Lead for Hair Care innovations, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Operations, and Planning teams to ensure launch readiness, supply chain feasibility, and successful commercialization of innovation projects.

Main Responsibilities

+ Lead end-to-end delivery of Hair Care innovation, relaunch, and transformation projects from initiation to launch.

Skills and Experience

Essential
+ Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Innovation Planning, Demand Planning, Integrated Planning, or Project Management.
+ Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complexity.
+ Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations.
+ Strong communication and influencing skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
+ Experience in FMCG innovation management or portfolio planning.
+ Understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and commercialization processes.
+ Experience managing product launches, relaunches, or portfolio transitions.
