Role Description

The Host Live role at PT Swapro International is a full-time, on-site position based in Tangerang. The Host Live is responsible for presenting and promoting products or services during live events or live streaming sessions, engaging audiences, and encouraging interaction. Daily tasks include welcoming guests or viewers, explaining product features, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, and supporting promotional activities at the venue. The Host Live is expected to follow company guidelines, uphold brand standards, and contribute to achieving sales and engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and engagingly in front of live audiences or cameras.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, respond to feedback, and ensure a positive experience for guests and viewers.
• Training and coaching abilities to understand product knowledge and convey information accurately during live sessions.
• Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage or retail environments to support product demonstrations and promotions.
• Sales skills to promote offerings, influence purchasing decisions, and help meet sales targets during live events.
• Comfort working on-site in Tangerang, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends or evenings as needed.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a host, presenter, live streamer, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
