Job summary

Hurricane XCS is seeking a Live Streamer/Host to conduct scheduled interactive sessions on e-commerce platforms and social media. You will explain product highlights, handle questions, and drive sales while coordinating with creative teams to refine themes and flow.

The role requires strong on-camera presence, quick problem-solving during streams, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends. Prior streaming experience and a neat, energetic presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Live Streamer/Host on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong verbal communication, confident on camera, clear articulation.
• Able to improvise with technical issues and audience comments during streams.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends/national holidays as needed.

This is a Live Streamer or Host Live position for e-commerce platforms and social media, responsible for conducting interactive live streaming sessions according to a set schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Guide interactive live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms and social media according to a predetermined schedule
• Explain product advantages, functions, details, and ongoing promotions in a persuasive and clear manner
• Respond to audience questions, comments, and interactions quickly, in a friendly manner, and with solutions
• Encourage viewers to make transactions or checkout to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with creative and operational teams to develop themes, concepts, and live streaming flow
• Ensure readiness of product display, samples, lighting, audio, and equipment before broadcasting begins
• Evaluate broadcast performance results with the team, including watch duration, engagement rate, and sales conversion

About you

• Minimum education: SMA, SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Live Streamer or Live Host on e-commerce platforms and social media
• Strong verbal communication skills, confident speaking on camera, and clear articulation
• Understanding of persuasive soft selling and hard selling techniques with flexibility
• Neat appearance, attractive, high energy, and friendly and positive personality
• Able to improvise well when facing technical difficulties or audience comments during live streaming
• Willing to work with a shift system, including weekends or national holidays according to operational needs
