Peran ini melibatkan membaca komentar, menjawab pertanyaan audiens, membantu checkout, menyesuaikan promosi, serta menjaga suasana live tetap ramai dan engaging sepanjang shift yang berlangsung di Bali.

Qualifications

• Live streaming host experience preferred or demonstrated ability to engage viewers.
• Ability to explain products actively and attractively.
• Capable of handling comments and audience questions during streams.

Responsibilities

• Menjalankan live streaming sesuai jadwal
• Menjelaskan produk secara aktif dan menarik
• Meningkatkan penjualan, viewers, dan interaksi live
• Membaca komentar & menjawab pertanyaan audience
• Menjaga energi dan komunikasi selama live berlangsung
• Membantu checkout, klik keranjang, follow, dan share
• Menyesuaikan cara jual dengan promo yang berjalan
• Membantu menjaga suasana live tetap ramai dan engaging
• Ready sebelum live dimulai
• Memastikan produk, sample, dan script siap
• Menjaga performa live tetap stabil selama shift
• Tidak meninggalkan live tanpa izin
• Menjaga attitude, penampilan, dan komunikasi profesional
• Melaporkan hasil live setelah selesai

• Menjalankan live streaming sesuai jadwal
• Menjelaskan produk secara aktif dan menarik
• Meningkatkan penjualan, viewers, dan interaksi live
• Membaca komentar & menjawab pertanyaan audience
• Menjaga energi dan komunikasi selama live berlangsung
• Membantu checkout, klik keranjang, follow, dan share
• Menyesuaikan cara jual dengan promo yang berjalan
• Membantu menjaga suasana live tetap ramai dan engaging

Tanggung Jawab Saat Live

• Ready sebelum live dimulai
• Memastikan produk, sample, dan script siap
• Menjaga performa live tetap stabil selama shift
• Tidak meninggalkan live tanpa izin
• Menjaga attitude, penampilan, dan komunikasi profesional
• Melaporkan hasil live setelah selesai

Sistem Kerja

Shift: 16.00-23.00

• Sistem: nonstop live
• Break 1 jam sebelum live (8 jam kerja (7 jam live 1 jam istirahat))
• 6 hari kerja (libur weekday)

Perhitungan Gaji

• Gaji pokok Rp. 2.500.000
• BPJS
• Insentif

Reward

• Sellout 10jt : 100k + 3% dari penjualan
• 20jt : 200k + 3%
• 50jt : 500k + 3%
• 100jt : 1000k + 3%
