Responsibilities
  • Memahami standar pelayanan pasien dan pengunjung rumah sakit berdasarkan regulasi kesehatan yang berlaku.
  • Mampu mengelola dan memastikan kebersihan, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keramahan layanan rumah sakit.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan housekeeping, keamanan , dan food & beverage services.
  • Memahami konsep patient experience dan patient safety culture dalam layanan rumah sakit.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam penyusunan dan monitoring KPI hospitality service.
Requirements
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen Perhotelan, Pariwisata
  • Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang hospitality service, lebih disukai di industri rumah sakit, hotel berbintang, atau layanan pelanggan premium.
  • Memiliki minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai team leader atau supervisor dalam bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki keterampilan leadership.
  • Mampu melakukan problem-solving dan decision-making dalam situasi darurat atau komplain pelanggan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan perencanaan operasional untuk meningkatkan layanan.
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional rumah sakit.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam budgeting dan cost control terkait layanan hospitality.
